Normally I dont watch cute/funny animal videos that are longer than 30 seconds, but I'll make an exception for this one because it involves the cutest otter ever (and all otters are already cute).
I love the guy that says "is that just a rock? AWWWWWWWWWWW" Although the best part is when the otter becomes aware that his cuteness has reached critical mass and immediately begins hamming it up for the camera.
Also who knew that otters made the most adorable squeaky noise?!? My heart just exploded into rainbows and unicorns.
